Ullambana's Origin?
Ullambana lasts from the first to the fifteenth day of the lunar calendar's seventh month. It is also known as the month of the monastics, merits, gratitude, filial piety and blessings. Ullambana's origin dates back to the Buddha's era when Maudgalyayana(目建连) saw his mother suffering in the realm of hungry ghosts with his supernatural power. He tried to provide food to his mother but they were burnt into flames. Maudgalyayana thus sought the Buddha's advice, and was told to make food offerings to the monastics at the end of the rainy retreat and dedicate the merits to his mother. This would relieve not only his mother's suffering, but also the suffering of this parents of seven lifetimes.

His diets:
For breakfast I drink coffee, a glass of milk and some orange juice with a tablespoon of olive oil in it. Olive oil is great for the arteries and keeps my skin healthy. Lunch is milk and a few cookies, or nothing when I am too busy to eat. I never get hungry because I focus on my work. Dinner is veggies, a bit of fish and rice, and, twice a week, 100 grams of lean meat.

My schedule book is already full until 2014, with lectures and my usual hospital work. In 2016 I'll have some fun, though: I plan to attend the Tokyo Olympics!

Remember: You don't know when your number is up, and you can't take it with you to the next place.

You've strike 1st prize with a prize money of cash.
Got this from email. I think this is useful.
Any cheque banked in into your account need a few days to transact. Although the amount appears in your account, but it's still pending for transaction, the person issuing the cheque can cancel the cheque at any time! A few days ago, one of my friends received a sms with the message: "You've strike 1st prize with a prize money of RMB200,000 cash." The sms came with a contact no. My friend ignored it since he had heard of too many bogus scams using similar tactics.
After a short while his handphone rang, a Miss Fang asked: "Sir have you received a sms telling you that you've strike 1st prize?"
My friend answered: "Yes, I have".
Miss Fang: "Please let us have your bank account number so that we can deposit the money into your account."
My friend thought, why not, let's see what you can do. My friend has a buddy who works in that bank. Hence, he gave her his account number. Ten minutes later, my friend's handphone started ringing again.
Miss Fang said: "Sir, we have deposited your prize money into your account, please check and verify."
My friend checked using his handphone and found that RMB 200,000 was really deposited into his account. He was euphoric, just like that and he's RMB 200,000 richer! 30 minutes later, Miss Fang called again. She was crying: "I'm sorry sir, I made a mistake, I forgot to deduct the tax before I deposited the prize money, 20% of RMB 200,000 equals to RMB40,000. Now the company wants me to reimburse the money. Can you please return the RMB 40,000 tax? I beg you."
My friend thought for a while and felt pity for the lady. Thinking of the money in his bank account, he went to the bank. Suddenly he thought of his buddy working in that bank and decided to ask his buddy to double check and confirm with him first. Upon checking, his buddy found out that the money was deposited using a cheque of a different bank. Even though the cheque was deposited but the actual amount of money can't be transfered into his account on the same day. If the other party decided to cancel the cheque, then he'll not get this RMB 200,000. My friend was shocked. He almost lost RMB 40,000. Before my friend left for home on that day, the cheque was actually cancelled. If not for his buddy, if not for him being a professional, or if he was cared of letting others know of striking the prize then this bogus scam would be successful.
This is a true story, please beware. Future scams could be even better planned. Please don't forget to forward to your friends and relatives to warn them from being cheated.

Plant vs Zombies : Survival: Endless (Hard) Tips:
- Snorkel zombies - Use walnut on lily pad.
- Digger zombies - can't pass through potatoe mines. Use pumpkin to protect all plants in case digger zombies managed to pass through the front defense.
- Zomboni is effectively dealt with using spikeweed.
- Gargantuar is most effectively dealt with using freezing techniques; freezing melon or freeze shroom(use multiple to freeze them so that shooting pea at the left side can shoot them while they are immobilized). Secondly effective using spikeweed (which will slow them down while they are trying to demolish the spikeweed).
The maximum number of flags I have achieved is 22 flags.

1. To fight with zomboni, winter melon is not good enough. Need to use pea shooter with fire. Place it at the right side (where the roof is flat).
2. Do not use kernel pult (not much point). Use cabbage pult at first, later change all to winter melon.
3. Place cactus at the right side of the roof (where the root is flat), otherwise, it can't shoot properly. And also you need to plant one cactus per lane in order to shoot down balloon zombies properly. Thus, it would be a better idea to use blover altogether (more effective).

Plant vs Zombies: Survival: Fog (Hard) Tips
- The challenge is not enough energy (can't have double sun flower).
- Have to use garlic (when one lane is weaken) and ice-shroom (very effective as last resort when your front line of defense is weaken and also effective to deal with large invasions).
- Biggest threat is catapult zombies. Have to use 'umbrella leaf'. Plant two of it near to the edge and to the pool.
- Have to use pumpkin to protect all plants, including the energy shroom.
- Another threat is the 'digger zombie'.To deal with this,plant 4 magnets at the land lanes (one on each lane). Without the digger, it cannot penetrate the ground. Once the digger has been absorbed by the magnet, it will be forced out of the ground.
- Plant two cattails at the edge of the pool (left side) to deal with balloon zombies, zombies thrown into the edge and also as backup for other lanes)
- Use a combination of corn and repeater on a single lane. The corn is able to slow down zombies when butter is thrown, this will be your advantage.
- The most effective way of dealing with Gargantuar is using ice-shroom and corn (which throws out butter) to slow it down while the shooting pea (with fire) shoots it from behind.
- Plant two lanterns near the right side of the pool to clear the fog.

2.) Casual
3.) Semi formal
In other words, I am looking for something which is almost all-in-one and lasting.
My experience told me that having good shoes is important, especially if you need to walk a lot, it can save your energy (do not get unnecessary fatigues) and make you walk faster (with the same amount of load).
And to be able to work with semi formal, I need it to be in all black color.
Thus, instead of getting a real leather shoe, I thought why not get something from the sports manufacturer ?
I have shortlisted a few from the Internet, but seems like online browsing does not blend well with real touch.
Eventually, I settled for New Balance MW829BK. The original price is RM 339.00 with 30%, I got it with RM 240++
I went to the shop at The Gardens (3rd Floor).
Trust me, it is a good deal. A good way to save money.
Now with this new shoe, I have no worries if I need to walk day long with pubic transport, or jump into my car for some business events.

Plant vs Zombies - Survival - Pool (Hard)
Tips:
The biggest challenge is at the pool's lanes with threats coming from Dolphin Rider Zombie which will jump into the water and emerge at the second plant out of water. If you do not manage this properly, you will end up losing the pool's defense.
To do this properly, make use of pumpkin to protect the plant.
Another tips is to try to make use of double headed sunflower to give you double energy and save spaces.
The third tips is to always put a shooting plant at the last plant at the edge of the house. This is so that the last defense will always be something that is shooting the zombie in case of those jumping zombies or those which can dig the floor and penetrate your front line of defense.

The solution is to think about living each day as your last day, then you will get some form of rejuvenation.

Doing Business, Need Help ?
The keyword is 'Having Controls'
The best thing about having your own business or being entrepreneur is that you have control of everything.
Ultimately, the goal is to make more money. (This is something that I've always forgotten)
Thus, you must not react according to your feelings. (This is something that I've always forgotten)
You can earn any money any time the next minute onwards.
It is the license to make money, you must remember this. If you are under employment, you do not have the license.
The idea is to have the ability to survive on a very thin basis (just enough) and then once you can do that, proceed to make money further. If you can't do that, do not proceed.
Do not based on feelings.
You can count on luck, because that is what going to make you stand out from others.
Have to always think whether it is worth it before making any decisions.
