23-Aug-2011: 佛光山“爱与和平宗教祈福大会”
佛光山“爱与和平宗教祈福大会”. 由台湾总统马英九、佛光山开山宗长星云大师、天主教枢机主教单国玺、道教、一贯教、天帝教等宗教领袖共为国家、社会及世界和平祈福的祈福会，于周二下午在台湾高雄佛陀纪念馆隆重举行.

My Comment On Kin says sorry to kindie
Refer to 'Kin says sorry to kindie'
If you care to look around, I would say that in Malaysia, this is just tip of the iceberg.
This reminds me of one of my favourite song;上海滩。
Or I really want to emphasize that this society needs love and real friendship.
It is timely to say that it is why we need places like Fo Guang Shan and etc which the door must always be left open to all.
I still remember a venerable from Fo Guang Shan said this.
相聚总是因缘，是好是坏，一念之别。
This is very true, we must have the courage to love.
If you care to look around, I would say that in Malaysia, this is just tip of the iceberg.

福报的颜色
福报真是一种很特别的东西。
福报可能是佛教的名词。
于我的人生经验，福报是很重要的。
你如果有大福报，很容易就有大成就。
也许很多人会说，为什么某某人，抽烟了一生人，还是没有问题？但是现在的医学不是强调抽烟对健康有一定的影响？
我觉得这也是福报的奥妙。
福报不足，必须积福。
千万不可以享尽福报。
如何积福？除了做善事，我觉得我们还可以多贡献。就是多付出。
佛光山的三好运动也可以积福。 说好话，做好事，存好心。
千万不可以享尽福报。

Visit to Dong Zen FGS Malaysia
First of all, check out the what it is and where it is.
The tricky part is as you approached the round about forking to Carey Island, what you are going to anticipate before making the right turn, right ?
A better map would be this one...
After the roundabout (Carey Island), go straight until you hit the second traffic light on your right, take right turn and go straight until you see Dong Zen on your right.
If you are going from Sunway Toll, the journey to Dong Zen would be around 50km (one way).
You can use the opposite direction to go home.
It is not really a big place, in fact it looks smaller now with most of the compound being put to good use compared to a few years ago when there were still many vacant lands..
This is a good place to come occasionally if you think that Buddhism is your way. Trust me, if you go with open heart, you will feel the power.
Of course, on that day itself, we had chance to check out the relic's of the real lord Buddha which is being put in place to anticipate for the exhibition show during CNY 2009. It was at this point which I felt the Buddha's light shone through my soul, I was overcome briefly.
The best gift that I got during that visit ....

最好的礼物是忠言；最好的修养是宽恕。 This is a wisdom, this is a dharma and if properly appreciated and put to practice, I can achieve enlightenment (to a certain level) in this life.

Real Jesus..

God the Creator - refers to our minds, the centre of all creation, as we think and believe so shall it be
God the Son - refers to our body Flesh & Blood just as Jesus was the Flesh & Blood. So are we with all the capabilities, to create and enjoy all things
God the Holy Spirit - refers also to our Spirit, the light that dwells within each of us, yet comes from the same source that the light of the Universe came from.
I know it is tough. I am more bitter than you.
