Alliance Bank Doesn't Penalize Late Payment for Annual Fees

It is a good thing that Alliance bank doesn't penalize late payment for annual fees.

This is cool. But right now the coolest credit card in town is Maybank Visa Petronas Gold card which guarantees no annual fees forever.
