一天走一步，其实是每一秒走一步。

要会享受。。 其实也不是，因该是要懂得自己的放向，生活的意识。

有时上山，有时下山。

有慢，也有快。

但是，上山不一定是比下山慢，因为当您兴奋时，总会走快点。

一秒走一步，一个站过一个站。
